Children/Adolescent Groups

Online, Tuesday at 5 PM
A safe, supportive space for pre-teens to explore their emotions, process challenges, and build connections with peers. Activities include guided discussions and creative exercises tailored to their developmental needs. -
In-Person, Saturday at 10 AM
This group helps children build emotional awareness and coping skills through CBT-based activities and discussions. The goal is to address symptoms of depression and anxiety in a supportive and engaging environment. -
In-Person, Saturday at 11:30 AM
A group specifically for teens, focusing on understanding and managing anxiety and depression through CBT. Participants learn practical skills for emotional regulation and improving self-confidence. -
In-Person, Sunday at 5:30 PM
This group provides teens with a space to process their emotions, share experiences, and develop healthy coping mechanisms. Topics are guided by participants' needs and facilitated with empathy and understanding. -
In-Person, Sunday at 4 PM
This group supports children with learning disabilities, focusing on strategies to boost confidence, improve peer interactions, and build skills to overcome academic and social challenges. -
Online, Time TBD
A supportive group for adolescents with learning disabilities, aiming to foster self-esteem, enhance problem-solving skills, and build social connections in a safe and understanding online environment. -
In-Person, Thursday at 5 PM
This group focuses on social-emotional learning for adolescents on the autism spectrum. Activities include role-playing, communication skill-building, and creating a supportive peer network.
Adult Groups

Designed for adults experiencing depression and anxiety, this group uses evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to develop coping strategies, challenge negative thinking patterns, and foster resilience.

This group is a supportive space for individuals navigating the emotional challenges of failing post-graduate exams. Participants will explore strategies for resilience, motivation, and future success. -
Online & In-Person | Schedule TBD
With the upcoming elections, feelings of stress, uncertainty, and overwhelm can be heightened. Safe and open space to process concerns, share thoughts, and develop coping strategies for managing election-related anxiety. Through discussions, and mindfulness exercises participants will learn to stay informed without becoming overwhelmed and maintain emotional balance during this high-stress period.
